About The Position
The Front Desk Staff position at the West YMCA is a part-time role responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to current and prospective members and guests. This position establishes a positive work environment, greets and interacts with guests in a friendly and professional manner, and handles new member sign-ups. The YMCA is looking for high-energy individuals with a passion for helping others.
Requirements
- Motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

- Customer Service: 1 year
Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
- New member sign-up.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
