About The Position
HealthFitness is looking for a part-time Front Desk Attendant to join the team at our Advocate Condell Centre Club, managed by HealthFitness client site located in Gurnee, IL. This role involves greeting, checking in, and assisting customers, providing program information, services, and membership details, and ensuring the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. The position is approximately 10 hours per week.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
- Flu vaccination required.
Responsibilities
- Greet, check-in and assist customers.
- Provides program information, services, membership.
- Ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
