About The Position

Welcome guests upon arrival and perform all duties associated with their check in/ check out to ensure excellent service standards are met. Manages online, phone and in-person room reservations. Welcome guests upon their arrival, checks them in, issues room keys and explains all amenities as well as things to do in the area. Takes and processes payments from guests. Provides information about the hotel, as well as all Company promotions and events. Respond to guest complaints in a friendly, timely and professional manner. Works with housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are clean and meet hotel standards and accommodate any special needs from guests. Confirms group reservations and arranges personalized services for VIP guests. Promotes additional services, when appropriate. Maintains updated records of bookings and payments. Performs all other duties as assigned.
