Front Desk Sales Representative
About The Position
Fence Direct is hiring a Front Office Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for customers and help convert walk-ins, phone inquiries, and estimates into closed sales. This is a customer-facing sales role that combines in-person service, phone communication, follow-up, and sales coordination. You will play a key role in guiding customers through their decision-making process and ensuring a smooth experience from estimate to installation. This is a fast-paced office environment where communication, organization, and follow-up are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED.
Requirements
- Strong experience in customer-facing sales or front office roles
- Confident communicator in both English and Spanish (REQUIRED)
- Ability to guide customers professionally through decisions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Professional presence and strong customer interaction skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in inside sales, retail sales, or home services is a plus
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the office
- Answer inbound phone inquiries and estimate questions
- Follow up on active estimates and customer opportunities
- Help guide customers through options and the sales process
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth job flow
- Manage multiple active customers and priorities at once
