The Lash Lounge is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for their salon. The role focuses on providing an excellent customer experience, selling memberships and retail products, and booking clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and outstanding customer service, contributing to a positive work environment. The Lash Lounge is a premier salon for Lash Extensions, offering a complete menu of services and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere focused on the health and care of guests' natural lashes.
Requirements
- 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
Nice To Haves
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Increase membership sales and retail sales
- Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
- Book appointments in person or by phone
- Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
