We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, sales-driven Front Desk Associate who loves people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. No spa experience? No problem. We’ll train you. Bring the personality, reliability, and drive—we’ll teach you the rest.

Requirements

• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable with sales
• Reliable and organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Motivated by goals, incentives, and growth

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding guest experience from check-in to check-out
• Recommend and sell memberships, services, and upgrades
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Build relationships with members and guests
• Keep the front desk and spa clean, organized, and welcoming
• Bring positive energy and contribute to a strong team culture
