About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise specializing in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With over 500 locations across the U.S. and Canada, Hand & Stone is a leader in the membership-based spa industry. Our Avery Ranch location is looking for a Front Desk Sales Associate to join a team that knows how to work hard, perform, and have fun doing it. This role is crucial to the guest experience, involving building relationships, recommending memberships and services, ensuring the spa runs smoothly, and converting first-time guests into long-term members. The ideal candidate has a great attitude, strong customer service instincts, dependability, and the motivation to perform, as spa experience is not required and training will be provided.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working toward measurable sales and performance goals
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Dependable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
- Someone who enjoys being coached, challenged, and recognized for great performance
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team's success
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and team membership sales goals
- Create an outstanding experience for every member and guest
- Build genuine relationships with clients and help them find the right services
- Confidently communicate memberships, promotions, products, and service options
- Learn our full menu of services
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Maintain an organized, polished, and welcoming front desk
- Support spa cleanliness and operational standards
- Bring a positive, energetic, and team-first attitude
- Be accountable for your goals and contribute to the success of the entire spa
- Perform additional duties as needed to keep the team running at its best
