About The Position

The Joint Chiropractic is looking for a professional, motivated, and outgoing Wellness Coordinator to join our team in Norwalk. As the first point of contact for our patients, you are the face of our clinic—ensuring every patient who walks through our door feels welcomed, informed, and supported on their journey to better health. The Role The Wellness Coordinator is responsible for driving the "vibe" and efficiency of the clinic. You aren’t just sitting behind a desk; you are a brand ambassador, a problem solver, and a key player in managing our patient community.

Requirements

Communication Skills: You can talk to anyone! You are persuasive, empathetic, and professional.
Sales Aptitude: You aren’t afraid to "ask for the sale" because you believe in the value of the service we provide.
Multitasking Pro: You can handle a ringing phone, a waiting patient, and a technical glitch all at once without breaking a sweat.
Reliability: You are punctual and take pride in being a dependable member of a small, dedicated team.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic office software.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual: in Spanish/English is a plus.
Knowledge of or experience with the benefits of chiropractic care is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Greeting patients with a smile, managing the check-in/out process, and maintaining a clean, inviting clinic environment.
Confidently explaining our subscription models and wellness packages to new patients to help them commit to long-term care.
Managing the "walk-in" traffic flow to ensure patients are seen efficiently by our Doctors of Chiropractic.
Handling phone inquiries, managing patient records with high attention to detail, and processing payments accurately.
Owning our clinic Social Media accounts and occasionally participating in local events to promote the benefits of routine chiropractic care at The Joint.
