About The Position
Constellation Kids is seeking a dynamic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team in beautiful Norwalk, CT. This is a full-time, school-based position where you will work collaboratively with the school team and other therapists to provide services to children, including intervention in small group and individual sessions. You will also be responsible for documentation and reports for IEP meetings. Requirements
- Connecticut State Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
- Must have their CT COTA License.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- New licensed grads encouraged to apply!
- Previous pediatric experience is preferred.
- School-based experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide services to children including intervention in small group and individual sessions.
- Provide documentation and reports at IEP meetings.
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings.
