About The Position

Mt. Olympus in Wisconsin Dells is hiring a PM Front Desk/Reservations Manager. This role involves acting as a main resource for Front Desk and/or Reservation agents, ensuring awareness of availability and occupancy, and responding to guest reservation requests with prompt, courteous, and accurate service. The manager will oversee systems for handling phone calls and maintain a quality assurance program for rates, deposits, property descriptions, and reservations letters. Other duties may be assigned. The schedule is for the 2nd Shift, either 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory/management experience
  • Previous Contact Center or Front Desk Experience
  • A professional attitude is required at all times
  • Open to work in a high paced environment
  • Exceptional oral and written communication
  • Must be able to handle customer complaints and concerns
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Able to multitask
  • Must be able to maintain and present a professional appearance at all times.
  • Must possess excellent time management skills and be on time for work.
  • Must be a team player and able to provide superior customer service.
  • Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Act as a main resource for Front Desk and/or Reservation agents needing assistance technically or about achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure reservation department and Front Desk and/or Reservation agent staff are constantly aware of availability and occupancy.
  • Respond to all guest reservation requests and execute prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times.
  • Manage systems that are set up within the reservations department to ensure accurate handling and monitoring of phone calls.
  • Maintain department approved quality assurance program to include, but not limited to, rates, deposits property descriptions, activity tables and reservations letter.
  • Other duties as assigned.
