About The Position

The Front Desk Representative at the Cardinal provides exceptional customer service via the front desk to establish a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community. The schedule is Part Time, every other weekend, from 3pm to 11pm. The pay range is $16.00/hr - $16.50/hr. Benefits include paid vacation, 401K, and a free meal each shift.

Requirements

• Bring a smile to work every day
• Have excellent customer service skills
• 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including: Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

• Senior Living experience a plus
• Hotel experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
• Assist residents with requests as needed
• Answer incoming calls
• Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
• Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
