The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for greeting and registering patients, verifying information, and obtaining signatures. This role handles a multi-line phone system, routes calls, and coordinates with an answering service. The representative will also collect payments (co-pays, deductibles), assist with account inquiries, and reconcile daily deposits. Additionally, they will support MD orders such as work excuses and medical records, and maintain and organize patient records and charts.
