About The Position
At Goldfish Swim School, we are passionate about building confident lifelong swimmers and fostering the careers of our team members. We believe in developing personal and professional skills that prepare team members for their future. We are looking for enthusiastic team players with a can-do perspective who enjoy working with kids. Our facility is a learn-to-swim school for children aged 4 months to 12 years, focusing on a curriculum that builds confidence and promotes water safety.
Requirements
- Ability to work with children
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High energy
- Strong work ethic
- Must pass background examinations prior to training
Responsibilities
- Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members
- Assist with class scheduling and billing
- Work in a sales capacity to sell new memberships
- Complete in-water training to gain familiarity and confidence with our curriculum
- Maintain one teaching shift throughout employment
