About The Position

As a Front Desk Representative at Larkin Behavioral Health Services (LBHS), you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients, answering their questions, and directing them to the appropriate department. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
