About The Position
As a Front Desk Representative, you'll greet and communicate with guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they have an unforgettable stay. This role is part-time and offers a starting pay of $16.80 - $20.16/hour DOE. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- No prior experience required – we provide training!
Responsibilities
- Efficiently check in and check out guests, register them into our system, and verify reservation details.
- Drive revenue by selling rooms and promoting resort services.
- Answer inquiries about the resort and local area, arrange transportation, handle guest requests, and address any issues.
