About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team! This role requires a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients. The position is located at Northern Star (14201 NE 20th Ave Ste B200, Vancouver, WA 98686) and operates Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Success in this role hinges on the ability to multitask, work well within a team, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attendance is crucial for fulfilling the mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care and supporting coworkers.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors
Strong computer keyboarding skills required
Ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas is an essential function of all positions at the Clinic.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred
Experience with Epic preferred

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service to patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families
Collecting co-pays
Obtaining and completing insurance information
Scheduling appointments
