About The Position
The Front Desk Representative @ First Colonial Inn provides exceptional customer service via the front desk to establish a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community. This is a Part Time position, working every other Weekend (Friday & Saturday) from 11p-7a. There is flexibility to pick up 3p-11p and 11p-7p shifts. The pay rate is $15.00 - $15.50/hr. Benefits include Paid Vacation, 401k, and a Free Meal each shift.
Requirements
- Bring a smile to work every day
- Have excellent customer service skills
- 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including: Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Nice To Haves
- Senior Living experience a plus
- Hotel experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
- Assist residents with requests as needed
- Answer incoming calls
- Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
- Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
