About The Position
At Goldfish Swim School, we are passionate about building confident lifelong swimmers and fostering the careers of our team members. We believe in developing personal and professional skills that prepare individuals for their future. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with class scheduling and billing, and selling new memberships. The position also requires in-water training to understand our curriculum and maintaining one teaching shift throughout employment.
Requirements
- Ability to work with children
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High energy
- Strong work ethic
- Must pass background examinations prior to training
Responsibilities
- Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members
- Assist with class scheduling and billing
- Work in a sales capacity to sell new memberships
- Complete in-water training to gain familiarity and confidence with our curriculum
- Maintain one teaching shift throughout their employment
