Requirements

  • Greeting guests with a warm, cheerful attitude (Customer Service).
  • Operating multi-line systems, answering incoming calls, and directing them properly (Phone Management).
  • Processing payments (Cashiering).
  • Performing light data entry (Data Entry).
  • Juggling phones, guest check-ins, and administrative tasks (Multitasking).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to type efficiently to enter accurate information into tracking system.
  • Basic Computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming e-mail with an attempted phone call, followed up with a series of outgoing e-mails that end in a price quote.
  • Answer all incoming calls and chat/call requests promptly.
  • Set confirmed appointments.
  • Complete your daily scheduled contact tasks.
