About The Position

Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Burbank, CA is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, attentive, and capable of facilitating efficient workdays, maintaining organization, and providing fantastic customer service. This role is central to the cosmetology shop, engaging with customers, connecting them with services, answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and informing customers about offerings. The receptionist will also upsell beauty treatments, schedule appointments, provide cost estimates, take staff messages, and assist with general cleaning. Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Fantastic collaboration skills with an ability to communicate over the phone and in person

• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
