This entry-level office position earns a competitive starting wage of $17/hour. Requirements

At least 18 years old
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to balance multiple tasks while demonstrating good time management
Highly organized and attentive to detail
Ability to work well in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

Serve as the face of the car dealership.
Greet guests as they enter the showroom and ensure they feel comfortable.
Answer phone calls in a timely manner and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor when speaking to customers.
Cross-train to help with the back desk area.
Issue temp tags through the online system.
Maintain deal folders and ensure they are ready for the sales team.
Keep the front desk area clean and tidy.
