As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the first person our patients see and the voice they hear on the phone. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while keeping the office organized and running efficiently. Requirements

• Customer service, receptionist, administrative, or medical office experience
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly
• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Reliability and strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Chiropractic or medical office experience
• Insurance verification or billing experience
• Marketing or social media experience

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
• Maintain patient flow between the doctor, rehab, and front desk
• Update patient records while maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Verify insurance benefits
• Create financial worksheets
• Review treatment plans and financial information with patients
• Collect patient payments
• Process insurance claims and scan EOBs
• Maintain accurate patient financial records
• Assist with weekly reporting
• Support marketing campaigns and community outreach events
• Help create social media and promotional content
• Keep the office clean, organized, and welcoming
• Pitch in wherever needed to support the team
