About The Position
Journey Smiles Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry We are a new, family-centered practice dedicated to creating healthy, confident smiles in a warm and welcoming environment. We are seeking a self-motivated, responsible, and reliable Patient Experience Coordinator who is excited to grow with our practice long term. As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you are the first and last impression of our practice. You will play a key role in creating a warm, organized, and upbeat atmosphere for our patients and families. We're looking for someone with a charming personality, strong people skills, and a natural ability to connect with children and parents alike.

- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)

Responsibilities
- Answer phones with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Greet and check in patients and families
- Support insurance verification and front office organization
- Help grow the practice through excellent patient service and engagement
- Participate in grassroots marketing efforts for the new practice
- Assist with community outreach events and school partnerships
- Support social media engagement and patient review requests
- Contribute ideas to help grow the brand and patient base
