Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional presence as they arrive and depart the Clubhouse.
• Assist members and guests with directions, questions, and other inquiries.
• Answer incoming phone calls and communicate clearly and professionally with members and staff via email and assigned radio.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department and take accurate messages when needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, filing, and preparing documents.
• Keep Club information accurate and up to date, including event signs, flyers, and other member-facing materials.
• Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional front desk and lobby environment.
