About The Position

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors to the Homeowners Association. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting HOA management with administrative and communication tasks.

  • Ability to report maintenance issues, security concerns, or resident complaints
  • Proficiency in filing, data entry, notices, and scheduling
  • Ability to support HOA events, meetings, and community communications

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries; route messages appropriately
  • Enforce HOA policies regarding guest access, parking, and amenities
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue passes, and monitor building access
  • Assist residents with general questions regarding HOA rules, amenities, and community services
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Coordinate vendor access and notify residents or management as needed
  • Maintain front desk area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
  • Report maintenance issues, security concerns, or resident complaints to management
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, notices, and scheduling
  • Support HOA events, meetings, and community communications when required
