Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests upon arrival and guiding them through the check-in and out process.
  • Accurate and timely check-in and check-out of guests.
  • Assisting guests throughout their stay as a first point of contact.
  • Ensuring billing accuracy.
  • Provide guests with opportunities to upgrade their initial booking to a superior room type.
  • Provide information regarding hotel amenities, room rates, local dining, and area attractions.
  • Answer multi-line phone calls and emails.
  • Act as the first responder for any guest concerns (e.g., room changes, noise complaints) and de-escalate stressful situations.
  • Accommodate requests for early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, and VIP services.
  • Prepare end-of-day financial reports or handing over logs for the night audit team.
  • Communicate daily with the Housekeeping team regarding room status, prioritizing clean rooms for arriving guests.
  • Alert maintenance workers to any facility issues.
  • Monitor lobby activity, verify the identity of guests or visitors, and issue replacement room keys after verification.
