At RealManage, we are always getting better. The front desk person works independently and without direct supervision. Possesses strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Meets and greets residents; checks guests and service providers in/out. Able to understand and react to emergency response and monitors and operates listed responsibilities; and accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Nice To Haves

  • An associate's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills.
  • Stationed at the front desk to answer incoming calls, garner basic information and thereafter transfer to the appropriate person for handling
  • Greets and directs Residents, guests and invitees.
  • Responds to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitors and controls access to the building.
  • Maintains daily log, records and forms.
  • Walk Through of facilities indoor and outdoor to ensure areas or neat
  • Monitor cameras
  • Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues task to the front desk
  • Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).
  • May be assigned other duties by the on-site property managers or staff members
  • Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Monitor, supplies for the kitchen and other areas of the clubhouse
  • Unit filing
  • Check mailbox daily and sort mail, distribute to proper staff members
  • Retrieve voicemails left in the general mailbox (the phone is to be answered at all times during normal business hours with the exception of breaks)
  • Intake Process with new Homeowners/Residents within the community
  • Maintain/Update Resident Records & Files (Birthday/Anniversary/Move in/Out)
  • Private Rental Walk through
  • Event Check in & guest confinement to area
  • Set up of A/V Equipment for groups/events
  • Collect Checks for Events & RSVP’s

Benefits

  • $13.50/hour to $16.50/hour, depending on education and experience.
