About The Position

This is a sales role at a front desk where you will greet guests and answer phones, but you will also explain memberships and ask for the sale every day, with a goal attached. The role requires evenings and weekends. It is located at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa — Weston, FL (4454 Weston Rd, at the Davie line). The position offers a base hourly pay of $15–$16, with $30 commission on every membership sold, plus monthly performance bonuses, team contests, and incentives. Employees receive a complimentary monthly massage or facial, employee discounts on spa services and retail, and paid training and ongoing coaching. Top performers have opportunities for advancement to Lead Spa Associate, Assistant Spa Manager, and Spa Manager within the growing multi-location Hand & Stone group.

Requirements

Customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality, fitness, or medical office experience
Comfortable asking for the sale — and comfortable hearing no
Friendly, confident, and clear on the phone
Reliable and punctual, week in and week out
Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and POS systems
Evenings and weekends are required
Reliable transportation and on-time attendance, every shift

Nice To Haves

Spa, gym, hotel, or medical front desk experience is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, answer phones, and book massage and facial appointments
Explain membership benefits and confidently ask for the sale — you'll carry a monthly goal
Call and text guests to fill the schedule and recover cancellations fast
Prebook every guest for their next visit and recommend upgrades and retail
Check guests in and out accurately on our booking and point-of-sale system
Keep the front desk clean and organized, and support the therapists and estheticians through busy shifts
