About The Position

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience for potential clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, addressing questions and needs, managing front desk operations, and supporting a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and client-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Front desk, concierge, receptionist or customer-facing experience
  • Strong client service mindset; ability to interact with individuals in sensitive situations
  • Familiarity with scheduling/calendar management (e.g., Outlook)
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Communicates clearly, manages multiple priorities with ease, and takes ownership of tasks to ensure the front desk runs smoothly and efficiently.

Nice To Haves

  • Law firm experience is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming and professional experience for visitors
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area and conference rooms, ensuring front desk and common areas are well-stocked and presentable
  • Receive and manage mail and deliveries
  • Schedule and manage conference room bookings, ensuring availability and avoiding conflicts
