Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Manage front desk operations, including visitor sign‑in and badge distribution
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure reception area
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Communicate clearly with clinical and administrative departments
  • Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality standards at all times
