About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic Front Office overnight team. In this role, you will create meaningful guest connections and deliver exceptional experiences, working alongside a dedicated team to ensure every interaction reflects the genuine care and luxury hospitality that define our brand.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of OPERA required
  • Minimum two years’ experience working in Hospitality or Customer Service required, luxury experience is preferred
  • Ability to prioritize many tasks based on guests' and business needs
  • Work authorization in the United States required

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a seamless arrival and departure experience by welcoming guests warmly, managing check-ins and check-outs with precision, and ensuring complete satisfaction at every interaction.
  • Provide exceptional, personalized service by anticipating guest needs, handling inquiries and concerns with care, and supporting reservations and guest communications with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Keep transactions accurate by handling payments, balancing your cash drawer, using hotel systems properly, and following Four Seasons standards while working closely with your team.
