About The Position
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for Wasatch Labs, responsible for welcoming visitors, vendors, clients, and customers, directing them to appropriate locations and parties. This role also involves operating a multi-line telephone switchboard and promptly notifying personnel of visitor arrivals.
Requirements
- Two years of reception experience (or equivalent customer related ability)
- Prior administrative office management experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Professionally and courteously answer, assist, and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties.
- Execute related clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and sorting mail distribution.
- Reserve conference rooms and ensure they are well-organized and tidy.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
