The Four Seasons, Washington D.C. is currently looking for Dynamic and Charismatic Front Desk Receptionist to join its Front Office Team. The Front Desk Agent is an integral part of the Front Office team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival, stay and departure experience. This individual responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and needs, and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Requirements

  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that is friendly and helpful in disposition.
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Must be flexible with their schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and evening/overnights if needed.
  • Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in Front Office, Concierge or Reservations.
  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to handle difficult situations and guests.
  • Strong computer skills.
