Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Six months of reception or office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- The right candidate will also be reliable and timely.
Nice To Haves
- Work, education, or volunteer experience in behavioral health, social services, substance use disorder treatment, criminal justice, long-term and assisted care, or a customer service discipline.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients, family members, and visitors with a warm and welcoming presence.
- Answer phone calls and support visitors with inquiries.
- Complete patient check-ins, process paperwork, and take payments.
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff and admissions teams.
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties to keep the office running efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and clean reception area.
