About The Position

This is a customer service job where the office is inside a giant tactical laser tag arena. Battle House Laser Tag is looking for an outgoing, dependable person to help run their front desk, reception, and phones at their Wake Forest location. Instead of answering phones in a boring office all day, you'll be helping customers plan birthday parties, book laser tag games, organize groups, and get ready to head into battle.

Requirements

• Enjoy talking to people
• Comfortable answering phones
• Can handle several things happening at once
• Friendly and confident with customers
• Know your way around a computer
• Show up when you're scheduled
• Can work independently
• Saturday availability is a must
• Some Friday nights and Sundays availability

Responsibilities

• Answering customer phone calls
