About The Position
Battle House Laser Tag in Fayetteville, NC is hiring energetic, outgoing people to join our Front Desk and Customer Service team. Battle House is tactical laser tag with realistic equipment, multiple missions, and large immersive arenas.
Requirements
- Friendly and outgoing
- Comfortable talking to customers
- Confident answering phones
- Reliable and on time
- Able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable in a busy, high energy environment
- Available to work weekends
- Customer service experience is great, but no experience is required. We can train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in customers
- Answer phones and customer questions
- Help guests with reservations and bookings
- Explain our laser tag games, equipment, and rules
- Help organize groups and birthday parties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist the team with keeping the facility organized and ready for guests
