About The Position

Our Member Services Team provides the first impression of Chiefs Fit to anyone who enters our space and is there to greet, acknowledge, and assist all members and guests.

Requirements

Provides the first impression of Chiefs Fit to anyone who enters our space
Greets, acknowledges, and assists all members and guests
Ensures that all members and guests check in and have active memberships
Oversees guest and member traffic flow
Collects dues and updates billing when appropriate
Monitors and addresses membership alerts
Assists members and guests with all inquiries and concerns
Reports all issues in a timely manner
Contributes to maintaining the club-wide standards of cleanliness
Answers phone calls and directs them appropriately
Helps integrate members into the club (completing profile, taking photos, distributing barcodes)
Assists other departments when necessary
Attends all required meetings
Maintains an active and working knowledge of Chiefs Fit as a company, as well as all services and promotions
Is proficient in policies and directives as outlined in the Member Services Playbook
