About The Position

As we expand our shipping operations to a dedicated warehouse, we're looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk & Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and staff, while keeping the office running smoothly day to day.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role
  • Availability to work a full-time 40-hour weekly schedule on-site
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail — able to juggle multiple requests without letting things slip
  • Comfortable with basic office software (email, calendars, spreadsheets) and willing to learn new tools
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and proactive — you spot what needs doing and take pride in your work

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in visitors, vendors, and deliveries at the front desk
  • Answer and route phone calls and general inquiries
  • Order and stock snacks, drinks, and office supplies
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Support light administrative tasks (scheduling, filing, data entry)
  • Keep common areas and front office tidy and presentable
  • Coordinate with facilities/property management as needed
  • Assist with ad hoc projects for the operations team
