Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Balance reconciliations and closing of various daily accounts and respond to customer issues, complaints, and problems in a quick, efficient manner. Support the Crowne Plaza hallmark and service standards. Responsible for checking guests in and out of hotel. Responsible for making reservations, answering phones and giving directions. Balance nightly credit cards, room revenue, and occupancies. Prepare nightly reports and department heads. Perform nightly computer backup. Able to perform all duties of guest service agent and PBX operator. Ensure guest and associate satisfaction. Act as Front Office Manager or MOD. All other duties as required.
