About The Position

Join Stretch Zone as a Front Desk / Membership Sales Associate, where you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients while helping drive membership sales and support member success. You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming studio environment, building client relationships, and helping people move and feel their best! Stretch Zone uses patented equipment and proven protocols to help members improve flexibility, mobility, and overall physical performance while reducing stiffness and enhancing reaction time.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine interest in helping people and creating a positive client experience
Confidence speaking with customers and asking for the sale
Strong organization and attention to detail
Openness to learning, receiving feedback, and developing new skills
A positive, team-oriented attitude
A genuine love for sales!

Responsibilities

Own the front desk experience by warmly greeting clients, checking members in, answering phones, responding to questions, and maintaining a welcoming studio environment
Manage the client schedule by booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments while keeping the studio calendar organized
Drive membership sales by introducing guests to the benefits of Stretch Zone and helping them find the right membership for their goals
Build strong member relationships through proactive engagement, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service
Support member retention by creating a seamless client experience and addressing member questions or concerns
Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals, recommending add-on sessions, and continuously developing your sales skills
Work closely with the studio team to contribute to daily operations and team goals
