About The Position

This position is PRN working approximately 45 hours a month on Wednesdays and some Thursdays & Fridays + coverage as needed. Join EANM as a Patient Services Representative (PSR), responsible for scheduling, patient check-in/out, and insurance verification. You'll provide excellent patient service, assist with billing, and support clinic operations. If you're detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Requirements

• Strong communication & multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with a patient-first approach
• Ability to adapt to new software & workflows

Nice To Haves

• Experience in medical office preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments & verify insurance eligibility
• Assist patients with registration & billing inquiries
• Process referrals & prior authorizations for procedures
• Ensure smooth patient check-in/out & collect payments
• Provide outstanding patient service in person & over the phone
