Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a medical office
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
- Experience with EMRs & medical terminology
- A proactive, patient-focused approach to care
- A willingness to learn and grow
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Phlebotomy
- CCME experience
- Subcutaneous injections
Responsibilities
- Greet patients
- Take vitals
- Collect medical history
- Perform phlebotomy
- Administer injections
- Assist in medical exams/procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
- Help keep the clinic organized
- Support colleagues
- Contribute to a great patient experience
