We are looking for a Front Desk Manager at The Hollywood Roosevelt who brings exceptional leadership, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will ensure that every guest receives a warm welcome, prompt assistance, and a seamless experience throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the front office.
  • Overseeing daily lineups, ensuring all team members are properly informed of the day's events.
  • Conducting daily walkthroughs as required.
  • Monitoring operational accuracy.
  • Ensuring that closing reports are completed correctly.
  • Ensuring that the department fully complies with all Hollywood Roosevelt policies and adheres to financial handling procedures.
  • Maintaining accuracy and thoroughness on various reporting requested on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
  • Planning upcoming operations as needed.
  • Overseeing scheduling, training, payroll and other administrative duties.
