Front Desk Manager / Shift Manager

Altitude Trampoline Park Spring-Klein is looking for an energetic, dependable Front Desk Supervisor / Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you'll oversee front desk operations, support team members, and ensure every guest has an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll help manage daily operations while maintaining our high standards for customer service, safety, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience
- Cash handling and register balancing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and support front desk team members during each shift
- Open and close the park following company procedures
- Manage cash drawers, deposits, and end-of-day balancing
- Assist guests with check-in, purchases, and questions
- Help oversee snack bar operations
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Ensure park safety rules are communicated and followed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service every day
