About The Position

William Douglas Management is seeking a part-time Front Desk Lead to assist in covering the Front Desk at Adesso Homeowners Association as needed. This role which reports to the Community Manager monitors the Front Desk, the Lobby, and keeps the building secure, interacts with homeowners in a professional manner, and maintains building security by properly logging visitors, packages, and other deliveries. The role promptly answers, records, and completes all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns, and walks the building daily to assess conditions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of strong customer service or reception experience in the service industry field is preferred.
  • Friendly and professional attitude with a customer service focus.
  • Proven experience working with clientele is required.
  • Strong ability to assess a situation, show good judgment, and resolve conflicts.
  • Attentive to details with excellent follow-through skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Windows.
  • Punctuality, dependability, and good attendance are essential.
