About The Position
Smile Revival, a new and growing denture clinic in Berea, is searching for a motivated, adaptable Dental Assistant to join their team and help grow a practice that serves and supports the community. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a practice from the ground up, where contributions make a real impact every day. The position will begin as a Front Desk-focused/Dental Assisting hybrid role, providing limited clinical assistance as needed during the practice’s early growth phase. As patient volume increases, the role is expected to transition into a full-time Front Desk Receptionist. The role involves shaping the patient experience from the very first interaction while supporting a growing, collaborative team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of dental experience preferred
- EDDA certification and experience
- X-Ray, Coronal Polishing, Expanded Duties, and CPR certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Serving as the welcoming first point of contact for patients (in person and by phone)
- Managing scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and front desk workflows
- Supporting insurance verification, documentation, and general administrative tasks
- Assisting chairside on a limited basis as needed during the initial phase
- Collaborating closely with the clinical and leadership teams to deliver excellent patient care
- Helping establish and refine efficient front office systems in a brand-new practice
