Due West Tavern and Market is a sophisticated modern tavern housed in a cozily refurbished, circa-1865 building. Due West Tavern houses a vibrant, recently remodeled market, Due West Market, featuring house-baked items and signature on-the-go picnic staples.
Requirements
- Flexible availability to work AM, PM, weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Courteous and cooperative demeanor
- Proficiency in English communication (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Good mathematical skills
Responsibilities
- Checking in and out hotel guests
- Serving as the primary point of contact for guest communications via telephone, email, and mail/message service
- Assisting with hotel reservations and concierge services
- Greeting guests with a gracious and professional demeanor
- Verifying guests' registration information
- Collecting any necessary additional information such as identification and length of stay
- Handling payment transactions
- Providing guests with their room keys and guiding them to their rooms
- Ensuring all balances are paid and that the room key is returned upon guest checkout
