About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Warm, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative member of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to residents, families and guests and visitors.
  • Serve as the primary hospitality presence in the community lobby,
  • Answer and direct incoming call and inquiries in the professional and timely manner.
  • Greet and assist visitors while maintaining a welcoming and organized lobby environment.
  • Assist residents and guests with general questions, requests and community information.
  • Help residents connect with appropriate teal members when additional assistance is needed.
  • Monitor lobby activities and respond proactively to resident and guest needs,
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization presentation at the front desk and lobby.
