Requirements

  • Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
  • Organized and detail-oriented — you can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • Tech-savvy enough to learn scheduling or booking systems quickly.
  • A clear communicator, both in person and over the phone/email.
  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute to a positive team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or office reception is a plus (but we’re happy to train the right person!).

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism — first impressions matter!
  • Answer phones, emails, and inquiries with a smile.
  • Check-in/check-out guests / manage reservations.
  • Provide quick, accurate information about our services, policies, and amenities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Handle payments and maintain organized records.
  • Keep the lobby/front area tidy, welcoming, and stress-free.
