About The Position

Beso Del Sol Resort is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Front Desk Guest Services Agent to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring guests experience the highest standard of hospitality. The position involves working directly with guests, providing excellent service, and coordinating with other departments to maintain the resort's high standards. The schedule requires working weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and offers flexibility with approximately 24 hours per week.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of front desk hotel experience, or experience in hospitality or hotel/restaurant management.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming personality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic social media skills.
• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Must pass a criminal background check prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with warmth and friendliness, in person and over the phone, ensuring a memorable stay.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest service standards are met and room occupancy is optimized.
• Handle guest issues, providing resolutions in a professional and timely manner.
• Promote a positive team environment through effective communication with guests and staff.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
